The Clinical Imaging Research Centre at NUS offers an integrated platform for pharmaceutical and biotech companies advancing translational research, biomarker development, and early phase clinical programmes. Our state-of-the-art imaging suites and GMP compliant radiopharmaceutical facilities enable seamless support from tracer development through to clinical evaluation.
With an in-house cyclotron and dedicated radiochemistry laboratories, CIRC produces a broad range of clinical grade radiopharmaceuticals, including both established and novel isotopes. Our PET/MR, PET/CT, and advanced MRI systems deliver high quality quantitative imaging across oncology, neurology, cardiometabolic disease, and other therapeutic areas, supported by deep expertise in image analysis and kinetic modelling.
CIRC has extensive experience running clinical trials and first in human imaging studies and maintains successful international collaborations with industry partners. We work closely with partners to co-develop tracers, assess therapeutic response, and implement regulatory aligned study designs. In addition to on-site activities, CIRC offers off site scientific consulting to support radiosynthesis optimisation, process robustness, and automation on synthesis modules, enabling partners to improve reliability, scalability, and technology transfer across sites.
Flexible collaboration models allow companies to leverage our infrastructure, technical know-how, and clinical network. We welcome opportunities to partner with industry partner looking to advance innovative diagnostic and theranostic solutions.
