Ali Hazizi graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) from the University of Cyberjaya and gained experience in nuclear pharmacy and radiopharmaceutical production under the Ministry of Health Malaysia at Institut Kanser Negara & Institut Jantung Negara. During his time in the Nuclear Pharmacy Department, he was involved in the manufacturing of PET radiopharmaceuticals, including [18F]FDG, the preparation and dispensing of Technetium-99m radiopharmaceuticals, and the handling of therapeutic radioisotopes such as Iodine-131.
