Lemuel holds a degree in BSc Management (Hons) from SIM-UOL.
Deviating from his degree in Management, he has been working in the various industries (Defence, Healthcare and Education) adding up to more than ten years, with a vast amount of IT experience deploying solutions, managing critical infrastructure and project management.
At CIRC, he manages the IT operations to ensure a smooth delivery of services for the users, clients and partners of the research centre.
