Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Chemical and Biological Chemistry from Nanyang Technological University and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from National University of Singapore.

She began her career in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory before joining the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC), where she was part of the pioneer team introducing radiotracers.

Over the years, she gained extensive QC experience and later led the team in radiotracer development and validation. Trained in ISO 9001 auditing, Elaine now serves as Head of Quality Control, overseeing QC operations that support GMP radiopharmaceutical production at CIRC.
