About me |
Zan Feng graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in
Chemistry and Biological Chemistry in 2019. He started as an intern at Health Sciences Authority
learning the ropes on drug method validation procedures, and later spent more than 2 years as a
Chemist in a commercial testings laboratory.
Prior to joining CIRC, he worked at the Institute of Bioengineering and Bioimaging (IBB, A*STAR)
as a research officer for the laboratory of Radiochemistry and Molecular Imaging. As a
Radiochemist in the preclinical research workplace, he honed skills in manual and automated
radiolabelling with fluorine-18 isotope along with quality control. At CIRC, he is primarily
responsible for developing and manufacturing validated radiopharmaceuticals involving Fluorine-
18, Carbon-11, Gallium-68 and Lutetium-177 isotopes under Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMP) regulations for clinical research.
