Jun Ming graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019. Shortly after graduation, he had experience working in a hospital under the department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, where he was exposed to the field of radiochemistry within a clinical setting for several years.
As a chemist in the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC), he will assist in performing quality control on the radiopharmaceuticals produced during the batch manufacturing process for development and validation work. Due to his prior work experience, he had also undergone cross-training as a production radiochemist which allows him to be directly involved in the developing and production of multiple radiotracers.
