Mechanobiology Image Processing and Analysis Core Facility

Leveraging on the expertise of Dr Anne Beghin, assistant research professor in ITRP and head of the imaging core at Mechanobiology Institute, NUS, in imaging processing and analysis, we now offer such services using standardized, customized pipelines and implementation of AI-based methods. This core complements our existing on-site advanced imaging facilities.
