Immunology Translational Research Programme Core Facilities Bioinformatics Core
In the age of single cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, multi-omics and deep immunophenotyping flow cytometry, computational immunology data analytics is a necessity. In addition to providing standardized bioinformatics analysis, the core (managed by Dr Chen Jinmiao and Dr Cui Jianzhou) also develops customized bioinformatics analyses for specific projects and provides training to students and staffs. This core also supports the activities of our other facilities including Flow Cytometry, Single Cell Genomics and the NUS-Cambridge Immune Phenotyping Centre.
