Life Sciences Institute Histology and Advanced Imaging Core Facility

Dr Lim Hwee Ying, research assistant professor in ITRP leads this core which provides solutions for histological and immunostaining techniques, microscopy and downstream imaging analysis and processing. Furthermore, the Histology and Imaging core has developed new applications such as multiplex systems and spatial transcriptomics in collaboration with Single Cell Genomics core.
