Tech that detects people who fall at home to be offered to all HDB households

Technology that can detect a fall at home and then notify their family members, has been tested out at the Queenstown Health District, and will serve to aid the management of chronic conditions as well. Prof Dean Ho, Director of the Institute for Digital Medicine (WisDM), stated that digitally enabled solutions are especially important for residents who may have mobility issues. This technology also allows them to pinpoint the residents who may need extra attention.
