Heartiest congratulation to our NUSMed CardioVascular-Metabolic Disease TRP Program Director, Prof Roger Foo for being awarded the MOE AcRF Tier 3 grant for his project M2CardAGE (Redirecting Immune, Lipid and Metabolic drivers of early cardiovascular disease). The overarching goal of this project is to gain a mechanistic understanding of how the molecular and mechanical functions of heart cells and tissue change during ageing.
