Instructions for regular manuscript submission
Authors should submit their articles using TAPS online submission portal. All final submissions must be in Word format and adhering to our templates and guidelines.
All submissions must be prepared following the Instructions to Authors. Templates and guidelines for all categories can be found here.
Please submit a copy of the Manuscript Submission Form.
Do also download and submit the relevant Manuscript Guidelines Checklist (see table below) together with your cover letter. The checklist will start on the next page after your cover letter.
For Multimedia Article submission, please submit a copy of the Multimedia Submission Form (Video Article).
All submissions for review are accepted with the understanding that these are original works of authors which have not been previously published. TAPS screens newly submitted manuscripts for similarity to other sources with iThenticate®. Manuscripts that are submitted to or under review with other journals concurrently will be rejected.
The Publisher reserves copyright of all published materials and such materials may not be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the Publisher.

Authorship
The definition of Authorship is referenced to the 4 criteria stated by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). Contributors who meet fewer than 4 of the above criteria for authorship should not be listed as authors, but they should be acknowledged.
TAPS’ journal policies on Authorship can be found here.
Group Authorship
When submitting a manuscript authored by a group, the corresponding author should specify the group name if one exists, and clearly identify the group members who can take credit and responsibility for the work as authors. For more information, refer to ICMJE recommendations.
TAPS’ journal policies on Group Authorship can be found here.
Review Process

Note: The Editorial Board reserves the right to decide the issue in which the accepted manuscript will be published in. Authors will be notified only after their manuscripts have been published. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
