Synopsis: Eurasia’s role as a meeting point is gaining new importance in today’s multipolar era. President Armen Sarkissian will reflect on the shifting global balance of power, while His Excellency Sodyq Safoev offers perspectives from Uzbekistan’s foreign policy and legislative diplomacy. Moderated by Professor David Lewis OBE—an international relations specialist with deep experience in Eurasia—the discussion will explore how Central Asia can strengthen institutions, forge partnerships, and bridge East and West to advance stability, innovation, and cooperation.

Ms Nozimakhon Davletova will discuss human capital and female leadership while Ambassador Alisher Shaykhov will highlight trade and economic priorities. Together, they will explore how historical legacies inspire modern strategies for integration with Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Synopsis: This panel examines the scientific breakthroughs reshaping modern medicine. Professor Roger Foo will explore advances in genomics and epigenetics transforming our understanding of cardiovascular disease. Dr Shakhlokhon Turdikulova will share on perspectives on the promising field of cell therapy and plans to establish the largest cell and gene bank in the region. Associate Professor Glenn Kunnath Bonney will moderate the discussion to as well as talk about emerging trends, clinical applications, and the ethical considerations driving the next era of healthcare and share on translational sciences in cancer, personalised vaccines in cancer, and liver pancreatic cancers and liver metastasis surgery.
