Art for Kids with Cancer Charity Donation Drive

The NUS Medicine International Council (NIC) of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, is proud to showcase a series of captivating portraits on transformational innovators of the world including Jeff Bezos, Sergei Brin, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Yayoi Kusama, Jack Ma, Pony Ma, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg, created by celebrated artist Raouf Rifai, whose main subject is on humanity.

The portraits are available for silent auction. The proceeds will go towards paediatric oncology research and education at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, to improve the cure rates for children with cancer. There is a pressing need for this as cancer is one of the top disease killers of children around the world. Here in Asia, the situation is particularly dire as 50 per cent of the world’s burden of childhood cancer resides in this region and only 20 per cent get cured.
