Thank you for visiting our NUS Medical Faculty Class of 1998 bursary fund page.
It has been 20 years since we graduated from NUS. Our classmates now contribute not only to clinical expertise in medicine and surgery, but also in healthcare policy, research, education, administration, leadership and innovation. We benefited tremendously from our times at NUS, and are grateful for the dedication of our tutors and sacrifices of our mentors who inspired us to reach for greater heights. Though the medical student days are long over, we retain fond memories of our struggles, achievements, frustrations and occasional detours during our student years. The friendships built have stood the test of time and given us a valuable network of trusted experts to call upon even today.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of our graduation, our class set up this bursary to support financially needy medical students in NUS. We grew and benefited from the system, and are privileged to have a chance to give back and support the next generation of medical practitioners. Please consider making a donation to our bursary.
Criteria and Terms of Award of NUS’98 MedFac Bursary:
- The Bursary will be opened to full-time NUS medical undergraduates, regardless of citizenship and race.
- The Bursary shall be used towards living allowance and / or tuition fees.
- The award of bursary will be based on prevailing University Guidelines on monthly family Per Capita Income level.
