This study aims to pilot Acute Medical Units (AMU) and Comprehensivist-Extensivist Care (CEC) to understand which subgroup of patients benefits the most from these care models, understand how combinations of care models may work together optimally, and explore its clinical and cost-effectiveness.

This study aims to compare GBD indicators for mental illness in the 10 countries included in ASEAN to highlight regional and national trends as well as identify populations with particular needs. Findings from the study will be useful for policy makers, researchers, and clinicians.
