Upcoming Poster Presentation at the MOH Appropriate and Value-Based Care Conference 2025

We’re excited to announce that NUS Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP), in collaboration with the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH), as well as Alexandra Hospital (AH) and the National University Health System (NUHS), will be presenting a poster at the MOH Appropriate and Value-Based Care Conference 2025, taking place on 16-17 October.

Patient-Reported Experience Measure (PREMs) are important for capturing patients’ feedback, evaluating healthcare quality and identifying gaps not evident from clinical data. Our poster, titled “Developing a Patient-Reported Experience Measure for Singapore’s Healthcare System,” showcases our work in adapting and evaluating a 13-item PREM from 2 existing Norwegian PREM instruments by identifying key drivers of patient experience and eliciting survey feedback from both patients and providers using inductive thematic analysis and framework analysis.

Want to find out more? Do stop by our poster session — we’d love for you to have a discussion with our SSHSPH representatives.

See you at the MOH Appropriate and Value-Based Care Conference!
