We are proud to share that the NUS Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance *(CRiHSP) contributed to the development of a recent internal National University Health Systems (NUHS) white paper: “Shaping the Future of Patient-Centered Care: A Unified ePROMs Strategy.”

This collaborative effort brings together insights from the NUHS ePROMs workshop held in June 2025, which involved NUHS leadership across Finance, Operations, Research, and Clinical departments to address key challenges and opportunities in the implementation of PROMs across Singapore’s western healthcare cluster.

We hope this white paper will spark meaningful dialogue and inspire actionable change across the cluster. We are grateful for this opportunity to work alongside our dedicated partners and thought leaders.
