Mr Jeffrey Chun is the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) of the National University Health System (NUHS) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Alexandra Hospital. He has more than 19 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, digital transformation, and sustainability. At Alexandra Hospital, he has championed a “Digital as Default” approach, leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to improve patient care and operational efficiency. He is also a strong advocate of sustainability, leading initiatives that reduced energy consumption, minimised food waste, and cut down on single-use plastics. At the NUHS Group level, he has strengthened procurement strategies, modernised hospitality services, and spearheaded waste and recycling efforts that have significantly lowered costs and improved environmental outcomes. Mr Chun was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and has completed executive education at the Chicago Booth School of Business.
