Managing Consultant, Right Management

Marako Marcus is the Managing Consultant and Practice Leader at Right Management, part of ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions operating in over 75 countries. He leads leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational transformation initiatives for clients across diverse industries.

With over 25 years of experience across in-house leadership roles and consulting, Marako has developed and led customized programs such as the WarGames! Strategy Program for Future Leaders’ Assessment, Leaders@Vantage for senior leaders, and Teams@Vantage workshops for strategic teams. He also created the DektoKit Strategic Execution Toolkit and regularly facilitates strategic planning sessions. A sought-after speaker, he has presented at numerous conferences and industry forums.

Prior to Right Management, Marako held senior leadership roles in financial services and the supply chain industry, where he led regional leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational capability-building initiatives. Earlier, he was Senior Manager at Singapore Airlines, focusing on learning design and leadership development, and a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman, collaborating on cross-border organizational effectiveness projects.

A PSC Scholar, Marako holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, and Postgraduate Diplomas in Education as well as Human Capital Management. He is a published author on leadership, creativity, and personal development, and outside of work, is an avid musician.
