Dr Jeffery Cutter is Senior Consultant in the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) and in the Disease Policy & Strategy Division at the Ministry of Health (MOH).

He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. Dr Cutter is Core Faculty for the Preventive Medicine Residency Programme in CDA and MOH.

He is the Singapore Country Coordinator for ASEAN Health Cluster 2, which deals with public health threats in ASEAN. Dr Cutter is also the Advisor to MOH for ASEAN Health Cluster 1, which deals with non-communicable diseases and health promotion. Dr Cutter served as a member of the Technical Advisory Group for the Asia Pacific Strategy on Emerging Diseases and Public Health Emergencies in the WHO Western Pacific Regional Office from 2014 to 2023 and has also participated in WHO Joint External Evaluation exercises in Cambodia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Samoa, Tonga and the Philippines.
