Dr. Jade Soh is a Senior Consultant and Head of Infectious Diseases at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), Singapore. She earned her medical degree from University College London in 2007 and completed her Senior Residency training in Infectious Diseases in Singapore in 2016. Dr. Soh is interested in community-acquired infections, HIV medicine and Outpatient Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT). She established SKH’s OPAT service in 2018, demonstrating her commitment to innovative care delivery models.
She holds multiple academic appointments as Clinical Physician Faculty Member for SingHealth Internal Medicine, Clinical Assistant Professor at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), and Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. In these roles, she actively mentors residents and medical students.
Dr. Soh serves as a key contributor to national committees and surveillance programmes, including SIDPIC surveillance and membership of the Infectious Diseases Clinical Advisory Committee (IDCAC). She also participates in various hospital committees, including SKH’s Medical Board, Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee, and SKH Wound Committee.
Her contributions have been recognised through several honours, including the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) for her COVID-19 efforts, SingHealth Quality Service Awards (2022–2023), and the LKCMedicine Special Recognition Award (2024). Dr. Soh combines clinical leadership with public health advocacy, with interests in emerging infection preparedness and optimising ambulatory care models.
