Dr C H Victor Gan, is currently in general practice with research experience in molecular immunology, infectious disease, public health, health promotion policy, and medicine-religion interactions as a US-trained interfaith psychotherapeutic hospital chaplain. He was clinical lead (2010-2012) for the STOP Dengue Translational and Clinical Research Programme and provided input for policy around choral singing during COVID to the government taskforce as a musician and public health physician.
