Luna holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from the National University of Singapore. She began her career as a registered nurse at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, where she worked for over three years across the General Medicine inpatient ward and the Intensive Care Unit, providing frontline patient care in acute and critical settings.
Recognised for her contributions to patient experience and service quality, she received the Patient Experience Champion Award (2025) and was nominated for the Singapore Health Quality Service Silver Award (2026).
Luna has since transitioned from clinical nursing to a Senior Executive role at the National University of Singapore, where she supports administrative and operational functions, drawing on her clinical background to contribute to organisational and academic initiatives.
