This senior leadership role will partner with the Head and Director to shape and implement CBmE’s strategy, and lead Centre-wide administrative and operational excellence. The incumbent will establish reliable systems, strong governance, and a culture of service and continuous improvement across finance, procurement, HR, IT/knowledge management, facilities/space, and education support, enabling CBmE’s education, research, and engagement objectives. To optimise workflows and enhance productivity, they will also drive digital transformation by leveraging LLMs and MS Copilot to automate repetitive tasks.

2) Research Associate (CBmE)
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research Associate to join the NUS CBmE on the CENTRES (Clinical Ethics Network + Research Ethics Support) project. Funded by the Ministry of Health, CENTRES is a networking and training platform to enhance capabilities of healthcare professionals and clinical ethics committees in Singapore. The post would suit a naturally collaborative, self-motivated researcher who is interested in bioethics and health policy. The successful candidate will contribute to CENTRES research and educational projects, working with Co-Directors Dr Sumytra Menon and Prof Julian Savulescu. The position is for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal if performance is satisfactory.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Executive, to join the NUS CBmE on the CENTRES (Clinical Ethics Network + Research Ethics Support) project. Funded by the Ministry of Health, CENTRES is a networking and training platform to enhance capabilities of healthcare professionals and clinical ethics committees in Singapore. The person shall provide administrative, operational and liaison support to enable the CENTRES team to carry out its educational programmes and build its networks.

4) Assistant or Associate Professor
We are looking to appoint a talented, collegial, committed and enthusiastic bioethicist to join our faculty. We are particularly keen to develop our strengths in research and teaching in medical ethics generally with possible specialisms in empirical bioethics, experimental bioethics, reproductive ethics, genethics, neuroethics, longevity, AI ethics or clinical and healthcare ethics (including work on health systems and public health). The person appointed will have sufficient experience and standing to strengthen and support the development of our research portfolio, and to make significant educational contributions as we enhance our undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
