Dev is respiratory physician and intensivist practising at the Singapore General Hospital. He has been involved in hospital and transplant ethics committees. Presently a PhD candidate at the Centre for Biomedical Ethics, he is interested in the ethics of disclosure and consent taking for medical procedures.
