PHM5014 – Causal Inference in Precision Medicine

Course Overview

In this course, we will cover the basics of predictive modelling and an overview of machine learning, including common and useful algorithms. We discuss causal inference techniques like instrumental variables, and difference-in-differences. Finally, we briefly discuss Multi-Armed Bandits and their algorithms.
