Please be advised of the following paper poster guidelines:
– SIZE OF PAPER POSTER: max. width 90 cm (~36"), max. height 130 cm (~51"). Format: PORTRAIT
– The poster must be mounted by the presenter on the day of the presentation before 9.00 am and removed in the afternoon after lunch.
– Posters not removed by 4:00 pm will be removed by the symposium staff.
– At least ONE OF THE AUTHORS must be present during the poster viewing period, if possible, during the coffee breaks and lunch.
– Paper posters can be affixed with tape/velcro which will be available in the poster area or you can bring it along.
– All acceptance decisions by the scientific committee are final and based on the blinded review process and therefore cannot be changed.
– Your abstract will be published in the symposium booklet or online supplement of the "ASEAN Medical Deans' Dengue Symposium 2020" and will not be edited. It will appear as it was entered by you! Please check spelling and formatting when you confirm your presentation online.
