A PCP helps clinician-scientists to achieve their goals in research by working with them to develop a personalized research development plan and linking them to mentors and to resources (including but not limited to funding) within NUSMed.<br \/>\nA key feature of this programme is the provision of personalised administrative support by CS-managers who track the progress of individuals.
