Health coaches can help to bridge the gap by helping to motivate and support people with their lifestyle changes. Health coaching is a different way of talking to patients regarding their health. It is a partnership in which the patient is considered the expert in their own life, while the coach helps facilitates the change process through visioning, goal setting and accountability. Throughout this 2-day course, participants will learn the principles of health coaching, how to set personalised health goals, and get practical experience in order to transform the way they have conversations with patients.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<a href=\"#\" id=\"benefits-of-attending\"><\/a>\n\n<div class=\"block-editor\">\n <div class=\"container nus-contaiter\">\n <h2>Benefits of Attending<\/h2>\n<p>Currently there are a lack of training courses that focuses solely on health coaching.
