He also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from The University of Birmingham. Professor Henderson is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Henderson&#8217;s research interests focus on the cell surface of bacteria.
