She holds a Ph.D. in Social and Educational Psychology from NUS and is a trained mental health counsellor with experience in schools and clinical settings. Her research focuses on motivation, well-being, and scalable psychological interventions to improve educational and vocational outcomes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Monica Lazarus<\/b>, MPH, is a Research Associate at NUS and a part-time PhD student at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
