Speakers Biosketch

Thuan Tinh (Sophia) NGUYEN

Sophia graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biological Sciences in Nanyang Technological University. She is currently working in Multimodal Neuroimaging in Neuropsychiatric Disorders Laboratory under the supervision of Prof Juan (Helen) Zhou. She is interested in using multimodal neuroimaging to investigate the changes in structural and functional brain networks associated with neuropsychiatric disorders.

Vanes Ling Li TAY

Vanes is a Ph.D. student at the Human Potential Translational Research Programme. Her current research focuses on physical literacy and physical activity behaviours in children, alongside thermophysiology in pre-pubertal children. Before joining NUS, she worked as a sports scientist at the National Youth Sports Institute.
