Step 1: Download the Imaging Application Form (found below)

Step 2: Submit the completed MR Imaging Application Form to Soun.j@nus.edu.sg

Step 3: Your application will undergo scientific review and we will get in touch with you shortly.

Step 4: Submit the following documents together with the application form at your earliest convenience

• • • • 1 page CV of PIs
      • Ethics approval
      • Grant approval

** Steps 1-4: All can take place concurrently with ethics application.

Step 5: Sign service agreement and contract

Step 6: You are ready to start!
