Dr Rosalind teaches at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Her specialty is in gerontology nursing, and she currently maintains relevance in her clinical practice through a joint appointment as a Community Nurse with the Regional Health System, National University Health System (NUHS). Dr Siah’s teaching areas include medical-surgical nursing and gerontology. Her research focuses on age management practices for older adults, including their mental well-being and functional health, as well as nursing education, particularly technology-assisted teaching and learning. She is a recipient of multiple awards, including the Teaching Excellence Award from the National University of Singapore, the SingHealth-Lee Foundation Excellence in Nursing Award, and the CEO Best Clinician Award from Singapore General Hospital.
