The Division of Biomedical Data Science (BiDS) within the Department of Paediatrics of the NUS Long Loo Lin School of Medicine is a research group with a focus on biostatistics and other data science approaches for the analysis of biomedical data. The division is led by Prof. Maria De Iorio and was founded in 2021. BiDS includes members from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and from the Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
The BiDS division provides also a variety of consultancy and training services through the Biomedical Informatics & Statistics platform of the Research Support Centre at A*STAR. Click here for more information.
