Symbols representing both Medicine and Biomedical Sciences are cleverly incorporated. Can you spot all of them? The rod of Asclepius, amoeba, DNA double helix, neuron, picornavirus, paramecium and\u00a0stethoscope.<\/p>\n\t<h2>&#8211; Celebrate &#8211;<br \/>\nOur Safety Culture<\/h2>\n<p>Held once every 2 years, the Safety Day gives us the opportunity to learn, re-learn and be reminded about the fundamental importance of safety at work. It is critical that safety at work is made an abiding, enduring mindset and practice. Every one of us must be determined to create a work environment in which all of us &#8211; staff, students, visitors &#8211; can work and study freely, comfortably and safely.<\/p>\n\t<h2>&#8211; Applause &#8211;<br \/>\nNUSSHA Awardees<\/h2>\n<p>The School performed exceptionally well in the last NUS Safety &amp; Health Awards (NUSSHA). Thanks to the hardwork of all 12 participating departments, we won one Excellence, five Commendation and six Commitment awards, making us the most decorated faculty for safety.
