\n\t\tLife Coaches\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Life coaching is a partnership where a trained-coach helps clients identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to achieve them.<\/p>\n

Unlike therapy, which focuses on past issues, life coaching is future-oriented and supports the person in a variety of areas like personal growth, career, and relationships. The process involves a coach providing accountability, motivation, and support to empower the client to find their own solutions and create the life they desire.<\/p>\n

The Department of Physiology has in-house faculty trained as life coaches who you can contact (see below).<\/p>\n

Take this opportunity to discuss challenges and struggles that you have – and may not be comfortable sharing with your co-workers.<\/p>\n
