Brief Abstract:
Funded by Forte, a Swedish governmental agency, I was invited to carry out full time research at Aging Research Center (ARC), Karolinska Institutet (KI) in June-Oct 2016 as a senior researcher. The ultimate goal of this visiting research is to facilitate collaboration between KI and NUS in research and education, through which we aim to bridge the knowledge gap of health in aging between Asian and Nordic populations. In this talk, I will summarize my academic activities at KI and share my observations and reflections.
