She had previous episodes of angina (chest pains).<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">Gross Description<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>The brain shows an area of intracerebral haemorrhage in the right frontoparietal lobe, with compression of the brain parenchyma and involvement of the lateral ventricle. There is accompanying midline shift.<\/p>\n<p>The heart shows diffuse concentric thickening of the left ventricular wall myocardium.
