67 year old woman with vague right-sided abdominal discomfort and some weight loss. CT scan showed a gallbladder mass.
There is an ill-defined mass arising in the mucosa and wall of the gallbladder, giving rise to thickening and induration of the wall close to the cystic duct. The cystic duct and common bile duct mucosa appear grossly unremarkable.
