There is an ill-defined mass in the right cerebral hemisphere, causing surrounding oedema and midline shift. There are loose, friable areas at the edge of the mass suggestive of necrosis. Necrosis is usually seen in fast growing lesions.
It is likely that there will be raised intracranial pressure due to this space occupying lesion.
