50 year old woman with a large ulcerated fungating, foul-smelling mass in the breast.
Irregular firm pale fleshy mass with foci of necrosis and invasive borders. The tumour has ulcerated through the skin and is covered by a layer of necrotic slough. The deep edge does not invade into the underlying muscle.
