    For one of the first few questions:
    Q: What do the clinical signs indicate is the most likely pathology in the right side of the lung?
    – Pneumothorax
    – Pneumonia (Your Answer)
    – Asthma
    – Emphysema
    – Pleural effusion (Correct Answer)

    Shouldn’t the answer be a pneumonia? A pleural effusion will lead to tracheal deviation AWAY from the side of pathology, instead of the same side, as shown by this question.
