BIOGRAPHY

Dr Ruoyu Shi received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Fudan University, China. He completed his pathology residency training under the SingHealth Residency Programme and obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (United Kingdom) in 2020. Prior to joining the Department of Pathology at National University Hospital, he worked at Singapore General Hospital and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. His interests in diagnostic pathology services include gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pancreatic pathology, genitourinary pathology, and gynaecological pathology. He is particularly interested in applying new technologies and translational medicine research outcomes to promote pathology service in the diagnosis and prognosis of disease, education and providing new evidence to guide clinical management.
