If your item was purchased within in the last 30 days, it is eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in original condition:
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn and unused state
- In original packaging. Original packaging should be intact and undamaged.
If the above conditions are not met, NUSMED SHOP reserves the right to reject the return.
Note: All MedSoc Collection items, sales items or items purchased with a promotion code are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, and must be done in-store, by appointment only.
If you are unable to come down to the store for a physical exchange, you can issue a refund and place a new order.
Simply email us at medmerch@nus.edu.sg with the same e-mail address used for your order. Please include your order number in the email. If your order was faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered), please attach photos as supporting documents.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The shipping cost incurred for returns is not covered nor reimbursed by NUSMED SHOP.
NUSMED SHOP is not liable for the loss or damage of an item being returned. For large value items, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
