The rates vary depending on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We work with a variety of local and international couriers (e.g. Ninja Van, Qxpress, DHL) to offer you the best delivery options possible. These options are calculated and displayed at check-out.

Average delivery time for standard delivery
Local orders: 1 – 4 business days
International orders: 10 – 17 business days
Please refer to delivery options at check-out for more accurate delivery time estimates. For international orders, there may also be occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect the delivery time frame.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order, express delivery option is available at check-out.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
You will be liable for all import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) applied towards your order. These fees are not included in the price at checkout. They are charged by the country of import and we have no control over any import charges associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
NUSMED SHOP is not responsible for the additional import charges, and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding these charges. If you refuse the order at customs, you will not be refunded by NUSMED SHOP.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify online orders after your order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Adding or removing items
- Swapping of items with different values
- Applying discounts or eGift Card credits
- Full order cancellations
Hence, please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
Unfortunately, lost packages do occur from time to time.
NUSMED SHOP will refund orders that have been confirmed lost by courier tracking.
However, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by courier tracking.
You are responsible for ensuring that the mailing address provided at check-out is accurate and complete. If your package is marked as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘return to sender’, an additional reshipping fee will be required to redeliver the package to you. NUSMED SHOP is not liable to reimburse the reshipping fee. If you refuse the reshipping fee, you will not be refunded by NUSMED SHOP.
