resistance and healthcare-associated infections have contributed to morbidity, mortality, and increased healthcare costs in healthcare facilities. This underscored the critical need for trained infection preventionists who can lead and implement evidence-based and innovative infection prevention and control (IPC) strategies.<\/p>\n<p>World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health (MOH) are emphasising on the need for trained professionals to lead IPC related initiatives in healthcare institutions.<\/p>\n<p>To address such demand, the Graduate Certificate for Infection Prevention and Control is developed in collaboration with industry partners to ensure content relevance and feasibility of the work-study approach
