Beyond a clinical intervention, it has been increasingly recognized as a way that anyone can use to deal more skilfully with the stresses and strains of daily living. &#8216;MBCT for Life&#8217; is a programme developed by Oxford Mindfulness Centre for general population. It is adapted from the original MBCT programme and allows more people to benefit from the wisdom of mindfulness.
