Foreword

Dear friends and colleagues,

It is with immense pleasure that we invite you to our next edition of the educational activities of the Orbit & Oculofacial Division of the Dept of Ophthalmology, National University Hospital, Singapore.

Following the previously successful series of predecessors: the Eyelid & Oculofacial Symposium, the Ophthalmology Oncology Symposium and the Ocular, Surface – Dry Eyes & Dacryology Symposium, we now bring you the NUH ORBITAL SYMPOSIUM 2024 on popular demand.

This unique 3-day symposium showcases ALL THINGS ORBIT and shall bring together the best global faculty from around the world and region, demonstrating and showcasing basic and current concepts in the diagnosis and management of common disabling, disfiguring, blinding AND lethal Orbit and Orbitofacial diseases. Topics that shall be covered include Congenital deformities, Orbitofacial Trauma, Orbital Inflammatory Disorders including the fascinating and challenging Thyroid Eye Disease, Orbit & Oculofacial neoplasms, Vascular anomalies, Ocular surface issues that complicate patients with Orbital diseases and other disorders complete with a robust discussion of challenging cases. Multidisciplinary evaluation, conventional and minimally invasive approaches to management shall also be highlighted.

As in the past meetings, we hope this comprehensive and unique exclusive Orbital Symposium will benefit residents, Fellows-in-training, young and senior practitioners from Ophthalmology and all realms of Head & Neck and Craniofacial Surgery.

We look forward to seeing you all!
